Far too often we're lead to believe achieving our goals is simple; you name your goal and then focus on it until that goal comes to fruition. I believe we need to do more. Yes, we need to name our goals, but then we need to focus on the process of what attaining those goals looks like.
When I need reminding of how that's done, I remember my first Golden Retriever - Ike. He most certainly engaged in the process of living life to it's fullest and as result he did! His goal everyday was to squeeze as much out of life as he possibly could - and he did that, just by living his goal.
